I wish my parents would buy me a PS3 or I wish I did live in my parents basement, then I could afford a PS3 but unfortunatly, like I have said before, I have way to many things to pay for all by myself: Rent, car, directv, highspeed internet, phone, electricity, food, gas, school and misc loans, a 2 1/2 month old daughter and a girlfriend that has yet to find a job. Don't worry, I will be enjoying those games as well. I won't, however, be enjoying them until the PS3 price drops to $399.00 or lower. I have always said I'm a big Playstation fan, just not a fan of the PS3's pricetag.
It took me over 20 hours to beat it on the hardest setting the first time through. And that was without going everywhere you can go.
Most reviews I have read, including this one, says its sub-par, feels tacked on, and isn't much fun.

I would call it great advertisement. They get on the web and possibly on tv with this deal, didn't have to pay anything other than the cost of the players and get alot of good PR for the event. Sounds like anything but desperate.

Wow you should really do a little research before buying something. So did you think the HD dvd add on was just in case people wanted to have 2 movies in their 360 at the same time? If you bought it at launch then don't give me that "I thought it had an HD-DVD Player built in" cuz in 2005 very very few people knew what an HD-DVD player was, and even less thought it would be in the 360 at launch.

EDIT: To all the disagrees, I guess you guys are the people that like to know the ending of a movie before you watch it. I am the kinda guy that likes to be suprised, and enjoy the journey, not the end result.
Needs alot of AA work though in my opinion. I do love these games though, used to scare the pants off of me when I was younger.
